Some roles are subject to U.S. export controls under the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (15 CFR §743.13(b)), which may affect prospective employees who are nationals of countries under embargo or sanctions. Application information may be used to decide whether an export license or a Technology Control Plan (TCP) is needed. A license can take 3 to 6+ months, and a TCP typically adds 2 weeks. For export-controlled roles, offers depend on an approved license and/or executed TCP before the start date, within a timeframe that does not unreasonably delay hiring.

Qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records will be considered in line with fair chance laws.

Preference will go to qualified candidates who do not live, and do not plan to live, in Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, or Tennessee.

The role may be filled at a different job level than listed, depending on business need and the selected candidate's experience, knowledge, and skills.

Pay is set mainly by the job level the role is filled at and the candidate's qualifications, in line with applicable law.
