Description

The company is a market research and analytics firm for the disruptive economy. It recently raised $475M from The Carlyle Group at a valuation of over $1B. Its proprietary technology analyzes billions of alternative data points each day to surface insights across software, AI, cloud, e-commerce, ridesharing, and payments.

Data and research teams turn raw data into strategic intelligence for clients, from top investment funds to Fortune 500 companies, who use it for high-stakes decisions. Work spans sourcing and licensing new datasets, rigorous analysis, and expert narrative framing.

The company has offices in the US, APAC, and India. It has been named a Best Workplace by Inc. for three consecutive years, and its culture emphasizes transparency, ownership, and continuous mastery.

This is a senior, hands-on role for the public-facing websites. The website team is building a scalable growth platform for the company's businesses, brand, and audiences. The role reports into a team of cross-functional partners across design, brand, demand generation, marketing, product, and business stakeholders, and aims to build in-house website expertise to reduce reliance on external agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Own the design and development of the public-facing websites from early concepts and user flows through launch and ongoing iteration.
  • Turn business goals, brand strategy, content needs, and growth opportunities into clear information architecture and engaging web experiences.
  • Design and build responsive, accessible, production-ready pages, templates, components, and interactions in Webflow.
  • Build and maintain a scalable website design system that improves consistency, quality, and speed.
  • Act as technical owner of the Webflow environment, covering CMS architecture, reusable components, custom code, integrations, permissions, documentation, and publishing workflows.
  • Work with Demand Generation and Marketing on SEO, AEO, conversion optimization, experimentation, analytics, lead flows, and campaign launches.
  • Work with Brand and Communications so every page reflects the visual identity, narrative, voice, and editorial standards.
  • Help business and product teams turn complex offerings, including data, research, and AI-powered products, into intuitive and credible digital experiences.
  • Set website quality standards and review regularly for usability, accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Manage projects and priorities across many stakeholders, explain tradeoffs, and keep work moving in a fast-paced setting.
  • Create self-service templates, guidance, and governance so non-technical teams can publish and update content safely.
  • Work with external agencies and specialist partners when needed, while growing in-house capability over time.

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of professional experience designing and building marketing or corporate websites, with a portfolio showing strong UX and visual design plus hands-on implementation.
  • You are highly proficient in Webflow, including CMS architecture, reusable components, responsive layouts, interactions, and custom code when needed.
  • You have solid front-end skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and can troubleshoot technical and implementation issues on your own.
  • You have deep experience with responsive design, information architecture, design systems, accessibility standards, browser compatibility, and website performance.
  • You can own a project from first request through discovery, design, stakeholder alignment, development, QA, launch, and iteration.
  • You hold a high visual bar and still ship pragmatically, knowing when to refine and when to launch, learn, and improve.
  • You translate well between design, marketing, technical, and business stakeholders.
  • You use qualitative feedback and quantitative data to improve user experience, discoverability, conversion, and site performance.
  • You communicate clearly, handle competing priorities well, and take ownership of outcomes without waiting for detailed direction.
  • Nice to have: designing websites for B2B technology, data, analytics, research, financial services, or other complex products.
  • Nice to have: technical SEO, AEO, structured data, content discoverability, or large-scale CMS publishing.
  • Nice to have: conversion-rate optimization, experimentation, analytics, and lead-generation workflows.
  • Nice to have: Figma and component-based design systems.
  • Nice to have: connecting Webflow with analytics, marketing automation, CRM, forms, APIs, or other third-party platforms.
  • Nice to have: working across multiple brands, audiences, or business lines within one organization.
  • Nice to have: collaborating with external design and development agencies, and helping reduce reliance on them over time.
