Description

The company is a technology firm that helps marketers reach, engage, and convert audiences. Its AI-powered marketing platform runs 465 billion automated optimizations per second and connects brand and performance marketing across the full customer journey. Marketers use it to run programmatic advertising and multi-channel campaigns.

The advertising technology team is looking for a hands-on builder who works with internal and external stakeholders to make AI the normal way of working, using the company's AI products. The role helps shape the core platforms and data-access infrastructure used to build AI products end-to-end. You find problems, build fixes, deploy them, and hand them over.

The best fit understands AI technology, knows platforms such as Claude or ChatGPT well, and can turn complex AI ideas into practical programs. You stay involved from first scoping through to measuring impact, so AI solutions deliver measurable operational gains across the organization.

This role depends on wide business context and visibility across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Find high-value workflows across teams and redesign them with AI skills suited to each team's work.
  • Build and maintain AI solutions, such as reusable skills or MCPs, and drive their adoption.
  • Scope and run technical projects from start to finish with AI Automation, Engineering, Product, and other internal teams. Set structure, track progress, and keep delivery on time and successful.
  • Ship reusable dashboards, skills, and self-serve tools so partner teams can answer their own questions and need fewer ad hoc data pulls.
  • Bring support, knowledge, and enablement workflows together across the company as it becomes AI-native.
  • Coach teams and individuals until they can work on their own, from first AI wins to improving their own tools and skills.

Requirements

  • Hands-on familiarity with AI development tools and platforms such as Claude and ChatGPT, and a practical mindset for shipping solutions end-to-end.
  • 2-4 years of experience in technical program management, technical operations, analytics, or a similar role.
  • Ability to take a defined problem, split it into scope, priorities, and next steps, and carry them out.
  • Analytical and comfortable with data. You can write SQL against production warehouses and log stores, define the metrics that matter, and turn repeated analysis requests into upstream tools partner teams can self-serve.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Curiosity and drive to understand how systems work, find root causes, and spot new opportunities.
  • Preferred: experience in AdTech.
