Description

The company is a media and entertainment business. Its news service covers the UK and the Republic of Ireland.

This junior role sits in the digital production team. You will help deliver creative across display, social, online video and PPC for a range of the company's products and content in the UK and Republic of Ireland.

You will support Producers on larger campaigns and own smaller digital projects from brief to final delivery. You will work with design, copy, development and QA teams to coordinate production, manage stakeholder feedback and keep work accurate, efficient and aligned with agreed processes.

You get broad exposure to digital production and room to build skills across several disciplines. The role suits someone organised, detail-focused and proactive, with strong communication, a problem-solving mindset and the confidence to juggle several priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Help Digital Producers deliver larger and more complex digital projects and campaigns.
  • Run smaller digital projects yourself from brief to final delivery, working directly with marketing stakeholders and advising on digital best practice.
  • Work across social, OLV, digital display and PPC deliverables.
  • Set up and maintain projects in the internal workflow tool, keeping briefs, timings, resource requests and project information accurate and current.
  • Review, develop and write clear creative and technical briefs for internal studios and production teams.
  • Organise internal and external meetings, record actions and next steps, and follow them up.
  • Oversee creative through design, build, review and approval, helping projects stay on schedule.
  • Keep team documentation accurate, including resource, project status and delivery trackers.
  • Present work to stakeholders, gather and consolidate feedback, and manage amends through to approval.
  • Raise risks, delays or production issues with the relevant Producer when needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in a creative agency, digital production or a similar setting, with exposure to social, OLV, digital display and PPC.
  • A good working understanding of digital production processes and the technical needs of different digital formats.
  • Strong organisation, with the ability to handle several tasks, projects and deadlines at once.
  • Excellent attention to detail, keeping briefs, project information and documentation accurate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence collaborating with creative, production and marketing stakeholders.
  • A proactive problem-solver who spots issues and seeks support or escalates when needed.
  • Experience with Google DoubleClick and/or Innovid, or similar ad-serving platforms, for display delivery.
