Java Application Support Engineer – VPC Operations(Korean Bilingual)

Description

The company needs an experienced Java professional to support operations of its Vehicle Processing Center (VPC) system in Savannah, Georgia.

The main job is to run and support the systems that track where vehicles move and where they are. You will work with operations staff and technical teams to keep the system reliable and its vehicle tracking data accurate.

Responsibilities

• Keep VPC applications and vehicle tracking systems running day to day.
• Check that the system works and that vehicle movement, location, and status data is correct.
• Look into application faults and data mismatches that affect daily work.
• Fix system problems and work with the right technical teams to resolve them.
• Maintain and update Java applications when needed.
• Talk with users to learn about their problems and give them hands-on technical help.
• Help test system changes and confirm that functions behave as intended.
• Keep operational records and log issues, fixes, and system changes.

Requirements

• About 5 years of experience in Java development or application support.
• You can troubleshoot and maintain Java-based applications.
• You understand operational workflows and can investigate system or data problems.
• You communicate clearly and solve problems well, and you coordinate effectively.
• You can work on your own and also collaborate with operations and technical teams.
• You must be a U.S. citizen or a permanent resident.

Conditions
