IT / Cybersecurity Project Consultant (Korean Bilingual)

Description

The team supports IT consulting, cybersecurity initiatives, and enterprise technology implementation projects.

This full-time role suits someone organized who is strong at coordinating projects, writing documentation, and managing stakeholders.

You will work with clients, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and produce business documents in both Korean and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities across IT and cybersecurity projects.
• Set up meetings, draft agendas, and record minutes.
• Track schedules, milestones, action items, risks, and deliverables.
• Help Project Managers monitor progress and keep work on time.
• Connect clients, vendors, consultants, and internal teams, and follow up to close open issues.
• Help gather requirements, assess current states, and perform gap analyses.
• Take part in client meetings, workshops, and technical discussions.
• Turn technical information into deliverables that business stakeholders can use.
• Support engagements covering IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, governance, and digital transformation.
• Coordinate external vendors, consulting partners, and internal delivery teams, and track their deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
• Review project documents for quality, consistency, and completeness.
• Help communication between stakeholders in Korea and the United States.
• Prepare business documents, executive presentations, status reports, project trackers, and implementation documentation in Korean and English.
• Maintain document version control and keep deliverables consistent across projects.
• Help with proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), project plans, and final reports.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in IT project coordination, PMO, cybersecurity, IT consulting, system implementation, vendor management, or a related field.
• Fluent Korean and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong skills in project coordination and organization.
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Experience working with many stakeholders in enterprise environments.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, enterprise systems, and cybersecurity.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to business stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, with reliable follow-up and time management.
• Preferred: understanding of access control, network security, cloud security, vulnerability management, security governance, and risk management.
• Preferred: familiarity with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, CMMC, or similar compliance standards.
