Description

The in-house Brand and Creative team in London is hiring a designer with strong presentation design skills in Figma and Google Slides to create on-brand presentations and communications across the company.

You will build scalable, on-brand systems that raise the quality of every team's output, and train non-designers to use what you make. You will work closely with senior and C-suite stakeholders, sometimes under pressure during peak periods.

The team has 25+ designers, motion designers, copywriters, strategists and creative ops managers across London and Singapore. Its job is to bring the company's story to life consistently across every touchpoint, so the brand is recognised and trusted worldwide.

The company is a global technology business that helps people and businesses send, spend and manage money across borders, with low fees and simple tools.

You are an organised self-starter with at least 4 years of experience in in-house teams or branding agencies, with strong craft, clear communication, attention to detail and an eager-to-learn attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Design visually engaging presentations for internal events and meetings, turning complex information into clear, compelling stories that strengthen the brand internally (Figma and Google Slides).
  • Create and update presentation templates and systems (Figma and Google Slides) that let colleagues across the company produce consistent, on-brand work on their own.
  • Design major company-wide events and conferences held throughout the year, including presentations, event branding, signage, and print and digital communications, often on fast turnarounds.
  • Work with senior stakeholders to ask the right questions and simplify complex business and product updates into presentations for company-wide audiences.
  • Work with the Workplace team on signage, uniforms and other branded materials for the offices.
  • Create polished, on-brand reports and review materials in InDesign when needed.
  • Use AI tools to speed up your work. The team is bringing AI into how it works, so you should be curious, willing to experiment and keen to find better ways of working.

Requirements

  • Show strong presentation design fundamentals in Figma and Google Slides, with a portfolio demonstrating skill in layout, typography and hierarchy.
  • Turn complex or technical information into clear, well-structured, engaging stories.
  • Ask questions rather than accepting a brief at face value, and want to understand the context behind content, especially technical content.
  • Treat feedback as a way to learn and use it to improve your execution.
  • Manage your own time in a small sub-team, contribute ideas to shared systems, execute work, and help on other internal comms projects when needed.
  • Communicate your work and reasoning confidently to senior and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Be highly proficient in Figma, Google Slides and the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign.
  • Motion design skills are a bonus but not essential.
  • Experience with Jitter, AI tools, After Effects and 3D is a plus.
  • Be able to attend the London office 3 days a week.
