The company builds digital analysts that help law enforcement search evidence and solve crime, supporting public servants at every level of the criminal justice system.
Police departments, prosecutors, sheriffs, state investigative agencies and other criminal justice stakeholders across the U.S. use the product to speed up cold cases, homicides, gang conflicts, sexual assault and other serious offenses, plus day-to-day administrative work.
The team is small and close-knit, made up of former Palantir and Israeli Defense Forces engineers and operators.
This is a founding role for a Founding Infrastructure Wizard (SRE) who owns the company's infrastructure end to end and reports directly to the CTO. The systems you build will hold some of the most sensitive evidence that law enforcement agencies handle.
Responsibilities
Design, build and run the infrastructure across AWS, including GovCloud, and GCP, defined in Terraform and running on ECS.
Build and maintain systems that meet CJIS and government security requirements, covering access control, encryption, logging and audit readiness, in close work with the compliance team.
Provision and scale GPU capacity for LLM and ML workloads, balancing performance, reliability and cost.
Own uptime, monitoring, alerting and incident response, catching problems before they surface and fixing them quickly.
Build the CI/CD pipelines, environments and tooling that let a small team ship quickly without weakening security.

6+ years of experience.
Interest in strengthening U.S. government capability and public safety.

Experience with CJIS, FedRAMP or similar government environments is a strong plus.

Salary of $160k-$250k, which may be adjusted based on experience and ability.
