Implementation Consultant

Description

The company helps healthcare organizations improve their clinical and financial results with its software.

This role takes small business customers, both new and existing, from post-sale through to launch for one or more products. You will handle technical setup and configuration and manage the overall project plan.

Responsibilities

• Run onboarding for each customer across several of the company's products and solutions
• Build project plans that set out scope, milestones, dependencies, timelines and fallback options
• Use project management tools and methods to deliver on time and keep communication clear with internal and external people
• Spot risks and issues early and work with internal teams to resolve them
• Lead customer workshops and training sessions
• Send customers status reports and keep the project on schedule, in scope and within budget
• Build trust and lasting working relationships with customers
• Apply current best-practice implementation guides and toolkits
• Keep the project management database up to date at all times and write complete project notes
• Configure contracted products and solutions to each customer's requirements
• Give customers technical support for as long as the implementation needs it
• Deliver platform training to internal and external audiences in a range of formats
• Help write onboarding process documentation
• Help maintain the department's SharePoint site
• Serve as liaison to other departments when assigned
• Take on other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 1 year of project management experience running customer-facing projects
• At least 1 year implementing SaaS products and solutions and delivering training
• Experience with project management tools, methods and software
• Skill in building and maintaining client relationships that lead to shared success
• Skill in understanding a client's needs and challenges, judging whether the solution fits, and laying groundwork for a long-term partnership
• Willingness to act on your own initiative and move work forward without being told what to do
• Ability to work well with others toward shared goals, communicating and cooperating across individuals and groups in an inclusive way
• Working knowledge of the features, functions and tools of the company's products
• Ability to implement, integrate and optimize artificial intelligence tools within business processes
• Nice to have: CAPM or PMP certification, or working towards one
• Nice to have: experience in a healthcare setting or onboarding healthcare customers
• Nice to have: technical knowledge of common application integrations such as text file, SSO and API/Web Services

Conditions

Hybrid role: you must live in North Carolina within a commutable distance of the Morrisville, NC headquarters, about a 1-hour commute

Expected to work at the Morrisville, NC headquarters approximately 30/40 days per quarter
