This is an entry level Graphic Designer position for someone motivated to join a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality marketing material and build the visual assets that reach customers through both digital and non-digital channels.
• Turn ideas into visual concepts that communicate clearly.
• Work with marketers, managers and content creators on campaigns.
• Create content for social media and EDM campaigns.
• Help organise the support work that sits behind marketing activities.
• Give key stakeholders input on how designs are carried out.
• Keep up with design trends and new tools.
• Suggest and make changes to processes that save time and raise the quality of the work.
• Apply strong production methods, work across functions to build relationships, and analyse and report on your results.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• 1 to 2 years of graphic design experience is preferred.
• A tertiary qualification in marketing may be held, but you need a natural interest in marketing.
• You want to pair design creativity with a drive to speak to customers in a tone that connects with them.
• Experience posting on social media and using EDM delivery tools is not required, as it can be taught, but prior experience is an advantage.
• You are comfortable in a fast paced, responsive setting and can meet deadlines.
• You have an eye for detail and are willing to share your ideas within a collaborative team.
