The team also works on LEED and ASHRAE energy modelling, NABERS UK Design for Performance, TM54 operational energy assessments, passive design, daylight, thermal comfort and ventilation analysis, low and zero carbon feasibility studies, and support for mixed-use masterplans.

Recent projects include Broadway (DTM, site planning, Part L compliance for domestic and non-domestic buildings, apartment overheating, sizing and energy analysis), Southwark Development (DTM, GLA planning, Part L and Part O assessments, TM54 and BREEAM Passive Design Assessment), Wood Wharf Phases 1 and 2 (DTM, condensation and U-value calculations, basement thermal strategy, Part L compliance) and Liverpool Street Station (DTM, GLA planning for an over-station development and refurbishment of the existing station, plus GLA operational energy assessments on both buildings).

The company is a global infrastructure consultancy, with Professional Services revenue of $16.1 billion in fiscal year 2025, over 50,000 staff and Fortune 500 status.
