Your role is to drive the integration and consistency of system changes within new developments on the aircraft.

  • Apply the company's project development processes within the aircraft program.
  • Monitor the performance of ongoing projects, anticipate risks and define corrective actions where needed.
  • Produce indicators and progress reports for the Systems PDT Leader and program management.
  • Manage risks and opportunities during development, with mitigation plans where needed.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience, including project management and embedded systems development.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, project management or a related field.
  • Ability to manage project stakeholders and influence internal clients.
  • Strong communication skills in a multicultural setting.
  • Solid knowledge of embedded systems in aircraft.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • English is required because of frequent contact with company entities, suppliers and clients worldwide.
  • Awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to acting with integrity.
  • Assets: a master's degree, an MBA and/or PMP certification.

Conditions

Permanent contract at professional level.

Based in Mirabel, with hybrid work depending on operational needs.
