The team is looking for a Gainsight administrator and developer to improve how the company engages, supports, and grows its customers. You would act as a technology partner to Customer Success, Sales, Operations, and IT, designing Gainsight solutions for proactive engagement, operational quality, and data-based decisions, and shaping the digital customer success strategy. You would report to the Senior Director, Global Customer Success. This is a hybrid role based at one of the North American locations.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and keep improving Gainsight features such as Customer 360, Health Scores, Success Plans, Journey Orchestrator, Rules Engine, Playbooks, CTAs, and Dashboards.
• Build scalable programs for onboarding, adoption, risk management, renewals, retention, and expansion.
• Create solutions that help Customer Success Managers spot opportunities and customer risks early.
• Build automated workflows, customer journeys, playbooks, and business processes that make the customer lifecycle more efficient and consistent.
• Use Gainsight automation and AI features to cut manual work, surface relevant insights, and improve customer outcomes.
• Work with business stakeholders to grow and refine digital customer success programs.
• Develop and improve Gainsight integrations with Salesforce and other customer success platforms.
• Build data models, integrations, automations, and reports that give accurate views of customers, ARR, adoption, and renewals.
• Own data quality, governance, and performance across the customer success technology stack.
• Work with Customer Success, Sales, Revenue Operations, Analytics, and IT to turn requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Advise on customer success process design, platform optimization, and technology strategy.
• Enable users through training, documentation, troubleshooting, and best practices that drive adoption and value.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. The company will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future for this role.
• 5+ years in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Systems, CRM administration, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience administering and configuring Gainsight.
• Experience with SaaS, recurring revenue, or customer success operating models.
• Experience with Salesforce data structures, workflows, reporting, and configuration.
• Experience turning business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Gainsight Administrator Certification, Level 2 or Level 3.
• Expertise in Rules Engine, Journey Orchestrator, Data Designer, Scorecards and Health Scores, CTAs and Playbooks, Success Plans, and Dashboards and Reporting.
• Experience integrating Gainsight with Salesforce and related business systems.
• SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, integrations, and automation frameworks.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale Customer Success organizations.

Conditions

Hybrid schedule: work at a Rockwell location on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless a business need takes you out of the office.

This position is part of a job family. Experience determines level and pay.

Canadian base salary is $83,600.00 to $104,500.00 CAD, plus an annual target bonus of 5% of base. Actual pay depends on skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
