Fullstack Developer (Java & Angular)

The team is international and works on designing, building and improving digital products.

The role suits a self-directed engineer with solid technical depth who wants to adopt modern practices, including AI tools that raise productivity and software quality.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and extend fullstack applications in Java, Spring Boot and Angular.
• Take part in every stage of the software development lifecycle, from analysis and design through implementation and support.
• Build, tune and maintain integrations with SQL Server databases.
• Help design, implement and keep improving CI/CD pipelines.
• Work in an Agile setting, partnering closely with cross-functional teams.
• Use and promote best practices for AI-assisted development.
• Set up and tune GitHub Copilot Agents for development work.
• Design and implement agent workflows suited to the team's needs.
• Connect AI agents to development pipelines and processes.
• Automate coding, documentation and other development tasks with AI-driven solutions.
• Keep code quality, maintainability and application performance at a high standard.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.
• Strong hands-on skill with Java, Spring Boot and Angular.
• Practical experience with GitHub Copilot Agents, including designing and configuring agent workflows, connecting agents to pipelines, automating code generation and documentation, and promoting AI-assisted development practices.
• Experience with SQL and SQL Server.
• Solid grasp of CI/CD principles and tools.
• Experience with Agile methods and Jira.
• English at B2 level or higher.
• French at B2 level or higher.
• Soft skills: strong organization and self-management, the ability to work independently and own tasks, sharp problem-solving and analysis, clear communication and good interpersonal skills, a collaborative and team-minded attitude, and a proactive approach to finding and making improvements.
• Enthusiasm for innovation, automation and AI-driven software development.

Conditions

Hybrid work: 50% onsite and 50% remote.

Based in Parque das Nações, Lisboa.
