Description

The Reco and Lifestyle Intelligence team builds the customer and assortment understanding that lets the company explain why a product suits a particular shopper, then turns that understanding into discovery experiences that reach beyond similarity-based recommendations.

The team develops foundational capabilities such as customer and assortment intelligence, built on advanced embeddings, sequential modeling and outfit intelligence. It also builds interactive UX components that show tailored product suggestions across customer journeys, where those foundations can be plugged in.

This full-stack role supports 60+ million customers.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the systems behind both the foundational capabilities and the customer-facing UX, working with product managers, product designers, applied scientists and other engineers to ship solutions at production scale.
• Ship reliable, fast and maintainable features using React Native, TypeScript and React.
• Help refine requirements and split work into tasks with product managers and designers, proposing practical solutions and explaining technical topics clearly.
• Contribute to monitoring, observability and CI/CD pipelines, and help diagnose production issues to make applications more reliable.
• Write well-tested, maintainable code that accounts for security and GDPR, and keep up with new technologies and AI-based development tools.
• Work in a distributed team, sharing knowledge and learning from colleagues.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with React Native libraries such as Redux, React Navigation and Axios.
• Proven experience building cross-platform mobile apps that connect React Native to native modules where needed.
• Hands-on experience setting up CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps, and strong experience with monitoring and observability.
• Excellent English communication, with the ability to explain complex technical topics and solutions clearly and concisely.
• Bonus: experience working with Kubernetes.
• Bonus: experience in the e-commerce industry.
