This role is on a team building a new internal transformation function from the ground up. You will work alongside business groups to turn tangled cross-functional problems into reliable data, automation and AI tools, with the reach of a global business behind them.

The team is hiring at several career stages. The company wants people who experiment freely, pick up new tools quickly, and are willing to figure out the best approach themselves. You will need deep technical skill, sound commercial judgment and a founder's urgency, owning work from problem definition through production, adoption and measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Spend time inside business teams to learn their workflows, decisions and recurring pain points, then identify opportunities with clear commercial payoff.
• Take unclear problems to working applications, data products and automation, iterating closely with the people who will use them.
• Connect enterprise systems and apply AI where it measurably improves results, validating outputs and keeping people in the review loop.
• Handle the full production path, including testing, deployment, monitoring and upkeep, with security, data quality and auditability designed in from the start.
• Get solutions into daily use, set up who supports them, and track the business results they produce.

Requirements

• A track record of building and shipping production software, data products or automation that business teams rely on.
• Experience in CPG, consumer products, retail, manufacturing or another field where you have needed to understand end-to-end operations.
• Working knowledge of Python or a similar language for data analysis.
• Strong SQL, including database design, table creation, procedures and functions.
• The ability to link technical choices to business value and to see how a change affects other teams.
• Solid engineering habits across testing, security, monitoring and documentation, including checking the accuracy of AI outputs.
• A self-starter who takes initiative, works well amid uncertainty, moves fast and stays accountable through adoption and results.
• Would help: experience with Palantir Foundry and AIP, or comparable enterprise data and application platforms.
• Would help: embedded engineering, business transformation or product development at a startup or high-growth company.
• Would help: experience building intuitive interfaces that simplify complex data and workflows.
• Plus: Snowflake and DBT experience.
• Plus: production business applications built in React.

Conditions

Annual salary range: $180,000 to $300,000 USD. Starting pay within this range depends on factors such as geography or market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications.
