  • Solid software engineering background, ideally in Python, with experience of APIs and microservices.
  • Familiarity with structured and semi-structured data such as JSON, PDFs and engineering documentation.
  • Good understanding of LLM integration patterns, embeddings, vector stores and RAG architectures.
  • Knowledge of agent frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI Agents, CrewAI, Swarm or MCP.
  • Proficient English. German is a plus.
  • Structured, reliable and solution-oriented way of working.
  • Able to collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and comfortable with iterative, experimental work.
  • Curious, proactive and keen to explore new technologies.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, open to learning from diverse teams and perspectives.
