This team in enterprise sustainability is hiring a product manager for environmental data and regulation. The role is the team's main expert on GHG accounting and climate disclosure rules, and it runs the day-to-day administration of the greenhouse gas inventory platform.

The position is central to the climate data infrastructure. You will keep emissions data accurate, run the platform, and help the team meet regulatory obligations that keep changing.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate emissions data and administer the greenhouse gas inventory platform day to day.
  • Own the corporate climate reporting portfolio: Climate Transition, TCFD Reporting, and part of corporate sustainability reporting.
  • Work with teams across the firm to get quarterly GHG emissions data uploaded on schedule.
  • Build and maintain scorecards, dashboards, reporting tools, and performance metrics that show progress toward net zero goals and support decisions.
  • Help expand Scope 3 emissions coverage, working with the ACOE (Center of Excellence) on automation.
  • With legal and finance, track and interpret climate regulations such as CA SB253/261, EU CSRD, and TCFD/ISSB, and flag what they mean for the team's reporting duties.
  • Support regulatory, voluntary, and customer sustainability reporting while improving governance, data quality, and accountability.
  • Act as power user and central administrator for Salesforce Agentforce Net Zero: manage users, troubleshoot issues, coordinate releases and enhancements with the Corporate Systems team, and explore further platform features.
  • Support sustainability initiatives and programs that serve the business and its net zero aims.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in sustainability, ESG data or reporting, environmental compliance, or a related analytical role.
  • Hands-on experience with GHG accounting and Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions data, with familiarity with the GHG Protocol.
  • Experience with Salesforce Agentforce Net Zero or a comparable ESG or carbon accounting platform, strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of climate disclosure rules such as CA SB253/261, CSRD, and TCFD/ISSB, or a proven ability to pick up regulatory frameworks quickly.
  • Strong data management and QA skills, and comfort working in Salesforce-based platforms.
  • Experience administering Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication across functions.
  • Understanding of sustainability and climate change issues and how they affect many kinds of businesses.
  • Understanding of current and emerging climate policies, disclosures, and regulations.
  • FSA credential (held or in progress) or an equivalent sustainability certification.
  • Experience supporting external assurance or audit processes.
