Description

The team works with clients to ideate, build, and coordinate software projects. It analyzes options, sets strategy, organizes work, and sets priorities. Members bridge communication between clients and the project team and plan the product roadmap one sprint at a time. Responsibilities

  • Learn the client's business model, legacy systems, and modernization needs, and use that to shape a forward-looking strategy.
  • Turn discovery outcomes into delivery plans with clear roadmaps and prioritized features, keeping client expectations and delivery teams aligned.
  • Serve as the main product manager during delivery, handling scope, timelines, risks, and outcomes with a focus on delivering value.
  • Coordinate engineering, design, QA, and product and project management to deliver modernization initiatives.
  • Build consultative relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Work with the company's account and company leadership to identify additional phases, enhancements, and support models that grow the business.

Requirements

  • Strong client-facing experience, ideally in consulting.
  • 6-8 years of formal product management experience in client-facing, consulting, or agency settings.
  • A proven record of leading web and mobile application modernization or large-scale digital transformation projects.
  • Experience running both discovery and delivery phases of digital engagements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a confident presence in client meetings.
  • Skilled at negotiating, influencing, and guiding decisions among business, design, and technical stakeholders.
  • High energy, a proactive approach, and willingness to get hands-on when needed.
  • Preferred: experience modernizing applications in healthcare, life sciences, or pharma.
  • Preferred: familiarity with regulated environments such as HIPAA and FDA.
