Enterprise Solutions Engineer

You will work with Account Executives to help enterprise customers build digital experiences with new technology in a changing digital market.

Your technical knowledge will validate solutions, lead proofs of concept, and build persuasive cases for senior marketing and digital leaders.

You will pass customer feedback to Product teams and help shape future API and data integration features.

Responsibilities

• Explain the move from traditional SEO to technology-driven search visibility (GEO/AIO) to C-level leaders such as CMOs and VPs of Digital.
• Own technical validation, covering discovery, proofs of concept (POCs), and handling objections.
• Turn complex technical problems into business solutions that executive buyers care about.
• Work with Account Executives across the sales cycle to move opportunities forward.
• Show how the company's data connects with wider digital experience stacks, including its own platforms, Salesforce, and enterprise CMS platforms.
• Compare the company's offering with legacy SEO platforms and data products on UI and automation capabilities.
• Work with Product teams to turn enterprise customer input into upgrades, with a focus on API and data integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 8+ years in solutions engineering.
• Experience presenting to senior executives.
• Experience running technical discovery, proofs of concept, and objection handling in an enterprise sales process.
• Knowledge of SEO and AI-enhanced search visibility (GEO/AIO).
• Practical understanding of API and data integrations with digital experience tools such as CMS and CRM platforms.

Conditions

The U.S. pay range for this role is $178,200 - $289,000 per year. In California, it is $199,600 - $289,000.

Pay varies by work location and may depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can confirm the range for the job location.

For sales roles, starting pay is stated as total target compensation (base plus commission), and short-term incentives are sales commission plans.

For non-sales roles, starting pay is base salary, and short-term incentives come through the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
