Description

Position Summary...

Our team is developing Walmart’s Associate AI-powered platform that streamlines how associates and managers complete their work. By integrating trusted knowledge, enterprise data, and specialized agents into a unified experience, we enable efficient access to accurate information and next steps without navigating multiple tools. The team leads product strategy for Associate AI and agent ecosystems, focusing on orchestration, search, context, quality, governance, and reusable platform capabilities. Collaborating across Walmart, we deliver high-impact use cases that enhance productivity and decision-making at scale, establishing a reliable foundation for Associate AI-driven solutions enterprise-wide.

Responsibilities

  • As a Distinguished Product Manager at Walmart, you will set the product vision and enterprise strategy for our associate-facing AI and agent platform. You’ll define how conversational and agentic experiences come together across channels and shape the platform capabilities needed for orchestration, personalization, context, quality, governance, and distribution. You will turn that strategy into a roadmap that teams across Walmart can build on, influencing senior leaders and technical partners while establishing the product direction and standards required to deliver trusted AI experiences at enterprise scale.
  • Define the enterprise product vision, strategy, and roadmap for associate-facing conversational and agentic AI.
  • Shape platform capabilities across orchestration, context and memory, personalization, search and retrieval, distribution, quality, observability, access, and governance.
  • Define how enterprise and domain-specific agents work together across experiences while balancing reuse with segment and business needs.
  • Establish measures and mechanisms for quality, trust, adoption, and business impact.
  • Prioritize the highest-value use cases and guide build, buy, and partner decisions.
  • Influence senior Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Security, and business leaders across complex enterprise decisions.
  • Raise the bar for AI product management through strong product judgment, standards, and mentorship.
  • What you'll bring :
  • Deep product leadership experience building and scaling complex enterprise platforms, across AI/ML, agentic systems, search, personalization, data, or developer ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to take ambiguous, enterprise-scale problems and turn them into clear product strategy, platform model, and executable roadmaps.
  • Strong technical fluency in modern AI products, including agent orchestration, retrieval, evaluation, context, and model-driven experiences.
  • Experience driving platform adoption across multiple product, engineering, and business teams.
  • Strong judgment across customer experience, platform reuse, quality, governance, risk, and business value.
  • Exceptional ability to influence executives and deeply technical partners without relying on direct authority.
  • A track record of mentoring senior product leaders and raising product standards

Benefits

  • Benefits: Beyond our great compensation package, you can receive incentive awards for your performance. Other great perks include 401(k) match, stock purchase plan, paid maternity and parental leave, PTO, multiple health plans, and much more.
