Description

The company designs private, tailored travel, with local private guides who show clients the authentic highlights of each destination. It operates in over 120 countries across private touring, cruises, villas, yachts, expeditions, luxury land travel, private jets and air.

The integrated marketing team covers brand, content, community and lead generation for every product. This role turns the yearly business and marketing targets into campaigns and sales enablement programs, and works with each product team to deliver measurable results and launch custom campaigns when needed.

The role suits a hands-on strategist who can both shape sales enablement direction and carry it out. Experience in luxury marketing, where the buyer is selective and brand consistency counts at every touchpoint, is a strong fit.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and run customer-focused campaigns for the villa, yacht, expedition and private client offerings, plus new travel products aimed at affluent travellers, against annual lead targets.
  • Set KPIs, report on lead and engagement goals, and use data to adjust or change direction as a trusted business partner to each product team.
  • Create sales collateral and tools that help turn leads into bookings in a considerate, efficient way for customers.
  • Work with sales teams to find where marketing can reduce friction and shorten the path from lead to booking.
  • Work with the creative and owned channel teams to produce relevant, compelling social, video, CRM, webinar and experiential content that builds community, educates and generates leads.
  • Coordinate with marketing operations, the creative team and channel leads so always-on programs have the greatest business impact and stay true to the brand.
  • Work with business stakeholders across the products to make sure integrated plans reflect each product's priorities.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in digital, CRM, webinars, social and experiential marketing, ideally in luxury or travel.
  • Direct experience building sales enablement tools or collateral that produced measurable business results.
  • A record of running campaigns against clear KPIs and changing course based on performance.
  • Ability to manage several campaigns and stakeholders at once, with strong attention to detail and brand.
  • A confident thinker and doer with an entrepreneurial, collaborative approach.
  • Experience using AI to streamline marketing work and improve efficiency.
  • Comfort working with performance data and reporting against clear KPIs.

Hybrid role with 2-3 days a week in the office, based in Downtown Toronto.
