  • Oversee integrations between linear platforms and the converged digital, identity, data and sales systems.
  • Keep availability high, operations strong and delivery predictable.
  • Platform modernization and technical excellence: 20%
  • Drive legacy linear systems toward converged, agentic-driven and cloud-enabled architectures.
  • Set standards for observability, security, compliance and cost management.
  • Cut technical debt without disrupting revenue-critical workflows.
  • Work with Sales, Product, Finance and Operations so system capabilities match revenue and market priorities.
  • Advise leadership on linear monetization and system investment.
  • Explain complex technical ideas clearly to executives and non-technical people.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical field (required).
  • Advanced certifications in cloud or architecture (preferred).
  • 15+ years in enterprise software engineering or platform delivery, including at least 5 years in technical leadership.

  • Experience designing and running large-scale, high-availability systems.
  • Cloud and API experience (strongly preferred).
  • A track record of modernizing legacy systems while business operations keep running.
  • Ability to lead teams and shape outcomes across Product, Sales, Finance and Engineering.
