Digital Presales Solution Architect with Italian or Spanish

Description

This hybrid role is based in Sofia, Bulgaria, in the Services job family at level TCP02, and requires about 2 days per week in an office of the company.

The Sofia Solutions Center sits within the worldwide presales organisation, which covers solution centers and deal centers.

The center supports the EMEA and Latin America regions, as well as direct customers and partners, and complements what the regional teams offer.

It prices and designs solutions for the company's consumption-based, operational and managed services portfolio, and works to set turnaround times and deliverable standards.

The company is a global technology firm that helps customers manage and use their data and applications across edge and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Help sales teams produce opportunity solution pricing that meets agreed expectations.
• Own end-to-end pricing for the solutions that fall within the center's scope.
• Work with sales and pursuit teams in the regions and countries to understand customer needs, then build the pricing quote and scope of work for deals in pursuit.
• Contribute to the design of specific deliverables and help develop technical solutions.
• Check that incoming deals meet the acceptance guidelines.
• Apply a broad knowledge of the company's technology to produce part of a detailed technical design that meets customer requirements.
• Identify the technology needed to meet a customer's business goals, and communicate with customer and internal HPE contacts at every level and in every region.
• Build deep, practical knowledge of the applications in your assigned portfolio.
• Work independently on assigned tasks.

Requirements

• A technical degree, such as in computer science or IT engineering.
• Experience in a similar field is an advantage.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Fluent Spanish or Italian as a second language, if required.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in a technical subject, preferably computer science or engineering/IT.
• Quick to learn technology concepts and to grasp what each technology is for.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A customer service mindset, with a sense of urgency in managing time when responding to customers.
• Strong teamwork: you collaborate to deliver solutions more effectively and document knowledge for others.
• Results-driven and self-starting, able to reach goals and objectives.
• A team player who communicates well, adapts easily, and cares about quality.
• Very good MS Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
• Experience manipulating data in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Skill in writing proposals and presentations.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel.

Conditions

Hybrid work: on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Full-time Services role based in Bulgaria, Sofia.
