The team is leading the architecture and evolution of customer-facing digital platforms, including portals, websites, commerce, self-service, and digital engagement tools.

The role works with product, engineering, UX, security, and business teams to design scalable, cloud-native solutions that improve customer experience and produce measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Set the architecture direction and target-state design for enterprise portals, websites, self-service platforms, and digital experience solutions.
• Create solution patterns, reference architectures, technical standards, and roadmaps tied to business capabilities and customer journeys.
• Design scalable full-stack solutions using React, Angular, TypeScript, Java,.NET, Node.js, Spring Boot, APIs, and microservices.
• Architect integrations between Salesforce, CRM, ERP, commerce, customer data, content management, and order management platforms.
• Guide API-first, composable, and event-driven strategies for the digital ecosystem.
• Make cloud-native decisions on Azure and AWS covering scalability, resiliency, security, observability, and disaster recovery.
• Work with engineering on DevSecOps, CI/CD, performance tuning, CDN, caching, monitoring, and self-healing operations.
• Mentor architects and engineers, run architecture governance reviews, shape technical decisions, and push adoption of enterprise standards.

Requirements

• You have 7+ years in solution, digital, software engineering, or enterprise architecture roles.
• You hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or have equivalent experience.
• You have architected large-scale customer-facing web, portal, commerce, or digital experience platforms.
• You have hands-on experience with modern full-stack technologies such as React, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java,.NET, Node.js, or similar.
• You have designed API-first, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• You have integrated enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, customer data, commerce, content management, or order management.
• You have led technical design reviews, architecture governance, and cross-functional delivery.
• You have experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud-native architecture and secure software design.
• Nice to have: experience with commerce, customer engagement, or contact center technology.
• Nice to have: Salesforce ecosystem, Digital Experience Platform (DXP), CMS, search, personalization, or analytics skills.
• Nice to have: knowledge of SSO, OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, customer identity, and access management.
• Nice to have: experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and observability engineering.
• Nice to have: experience with AI-enabled digital experiences, conversational AI, digital agents, or intelligent automation.
• Nice to have: knowledge of customer data platforms, preference management, personalization, or customer intelligence integrations.
• Nice to have: familiarity with TOGAF, C4 modeling, enterprise architecture governance, or architecture frameworks.
• Nice to have: experience mentoring architects and engineering teams in large enterprise environments.

Conditions

The base pay range is €66,000 - €110,000.

Pay depends on performance, experience and skills, equity, regular market reviews, and location. An annual bonus or long-term incentive may also be offered.
