• Your Profile
• At least 8 years of professional experience in technology operations and application architecture/solution architecture, with a strong focus on designing scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Proven experience in one or more relevant domain areas (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail, etc.), understanding domain-specific challenges and technology needs.
• Hands-on experience with modern architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven architecture, API design).
• An understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and/or on-premises infrastructure.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and the ability to evaluate their applicability to business challenges.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to collaborate effectively with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to architectural roadmaps and align solutions with strategic business goals.
• A strong blend of technical expertise and business acumen, enabling you to design solutions that align closely with client goals and deliver measurable business value.
• Experience collaborating directly with clients or internal stakeholders to co-create technology roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for staying current on emerging technologies and industry trends, and the confidence to challenge the status quo.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and balance technical considerations with practical constraints.
• A track record of driving innovation and continuous improvement in architecture and delivery practices.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, including mentoring junior team members and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
