Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist (All genders)

Description

The role supports the day-to-day running and performance of the company's direct-to-consumer, marketplace and social commerce channels, including its own website in Poland, marketplaces and TikTok Shop.

You will work with e-commerce, marketing, planning, operations, agencies and platform partners so that products stay available, visible and ready to sell.

Responsibilities

• Set up new products and portfolio changes across the website, marketplaces and TikTok Shop, keeping product data, pricing, content and system settings accurate.
• Watch product availability and e-commerce performance, and resolve problems that could affect visibility, the add to cart function or sales.
• Run product listings, promotions, campaigns, retail media and ongoing optimisation on marketplaces and TikTok Shop.
• Make sure priority products have complete, accurate content suited to each channel, including descriptions, images, videos and social commerce assets.
• Track core e-commerce KPIs with tools such as Allegro Analytics, Google Analytics and TikTok Shop GMV, find performance gaps and growth chances, and keep improving reports and monitoring.
• Monitor retail media on Allegro Ads and Empik Ads and find ways to make campaigns and spend more effective.

Requirements

• You have 2 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital commerce.
• You understand how e-commerce activity drives online results and business outcomes.
• You work proactively and independently, owning your topics from start to finish.
• You are comfortable with data, digital tools and performance insights.
• You communicate well, manage stakeholders effectively and like working across teams.
• You speak Polish fluently and can communicate professionally in English.

Conditions

Pay is set within a base annual salary range of 108,540 PLN to 179,820 PLN gross, based on the skills the role needs, your experience, the responsibility involved, internal equity and the local market. The role is eligible for an annual incentive tied to individual performance and company results. The full pay approach is shared during interviews.

The role includes hybrid working options. Office-based teams work in person at least 3 days per week.
