Description

The company is a TV outcomes firm. Its measurement platform links TV airings to the consumer behaviour that best predicts future sales, helping advertisers judge media impact, creative performance and the value of each impression across linear and streaming TV.

It sells syndicated, investment-grade data built on engagement signals, decision science and vertical AI. Brands, agencies, networks, streamers and studios use it. Headquarters are in New York City and Los Angeles.

The NYC team works in a hybrid arrangement: three days in the office and two remote days.

Responsibilities

  • Lead demand generation for the company's product-led deals, covering ABM, HubSpot automation, email, paid, social and web, with a focus on smaller, faster deals that need an automated funnel instead of a hand-built enterprise sale.
  • Design and run the funnel from target account selection to sales-ready opportunity. Build ABM programmes, nurture tracks and automated plays that work without a salesperson on every account, and share funnel metrics with Sales.
  • Own HubSpot: workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, routing, sequences, attribution and dashboards. Keep the data clean enough for Sales to trust.
  • Set strategy, budget and targeting for LinkedIn, Google and programmatic or contextual buys. Brief and manage the paid media partner, and audit their work to spot underperformance.
  • Keep campaign content on schedule. Write briefs for contract writers and designers, edit drafts into the company's voice, and make emails, social posts, ad creative and one-pagers in Canva when that is faster.
  • Own email in HubSpot, including newsletters, launch emails, nurture flows, segmentation, QA, sending and performance reporting.
  • Own the organic social programme and manage the part-time contract social media manager, the marketing operations manager and the intern. Set the calendar, approve content and report results.
  • Run website marketing in HubSpot CMS, covering landing, campaign, blog and product pages. Scope and prioritise work for the contract web developer.
  • Set clear expectations for contract partners, review their output, and hold them to quality, deadlines and budget.
  • Report regularly on digital's contribution to pipeline and recommend what to scale, fix or cut.
  • Use AI tools daily for research, drafting, list building, briefing, QA and analysis, and build automations that let a small team work at a larger team's output.
  • Report to the SVP, Marketing & Communications and work closely with Sales, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing and executive leadership. You will work with a contract bench of writers, designers, web developers and paid media partners, taking inputs, briefing, deciding and optimising with little oversight.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10+ years in B2B marketing with hands-on ownership of demand generation, ABM or growth marketing in adtech, martech, B2B SaaS or media.
  • A record of scalable growth in fast-moving, high-growth startups.
  • Expert HubSpot skills in Marketing Hub and CMS, with workflows, lead scoring and reporting you have built from scratch, not only sends you have run.
  • A track record of building a scalable funnel for mid-market or velocity deals, with conversion results to show.
  • Working fluency in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, ABM platforms and Google Analytics, enough to direct and audit specialists.
  • A strong writer and editor who can turn a rough idea into a tight brief and a contractor's draft into publishable copy.
  • You use AI as a core part of your work and can walk through your actual workflows.
  • Experience managing contractors, freelancers or junior staff, including giving direct feedback on quality.
  • You set your own priorities, ship at 80% and improve from there, and raise blockers as soon as you hit them.
