Description

The company makes bold, original graphics and apparel for team and athlete collections across football, ice hockey, motorsport and extreme sports.

You will take an idea from first sketch to final artwork and help shape the design language of the collections as part of a collaborative design and product team where new perspectives are welcome.

Responsibilities

  • Research trends and competitors to keep collections fresh and forward-looking.
  • Create original design and graphic concepts that fit the brand identity.
  • Set colour palettes, fabric choices, prints and the overall look and feel of each collection.
  • Turn early ideas into graphics and garments that belong to one coherent collection concept.
  • Prepare full design packages with sketches, technical drawings and artwork that make the direction clear to the development team.
  • Work with Product Management so that designs are both aspirational and makeable.
  • Present design ideas and collections to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
  • Handle several projects at once while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Provide structured design materials and communicate concepts clearly to support the team.

Requirements

  • Ideally 3+ years of design experience in apparel, fashion, merchandise or lifestyle, with a degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design or a related field.
  • Strong command of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, shown through a portfolio of original graphics, apparel concepts and finished products.
  • Solid understanding of how apparel is made from concept to production, including print techniques, materials and production artwork.
  • Sharp eye for typography, colour, composition and detail, able to turn briefs and trends into commercial designs.
  • Interest in fashion, sport, gaming, music, art and youth culture, with a proactive, curious and confident approach to new creative directions.
  • Organized team player who communicates ideas clearly, welcomes feedback and manages multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Fluent in English. Additional languages are an advantage.

Conditions

By law the minimum salary under the collective agreement must be disclosed: €2.334 gross per month.

The compensation package is market-oriented and sits well above that minimum.

The company values diversity and welcomes applicants regardless of age, skin colour, religion, gender, sexual orientation or origin.
