Job Details:

Intel Foundry is at the forefront of technology innovation, enabling the design and manufacturing of world-class semiconductor products. As part of this team, you will collaborate with experts across domains to enhance Intel's design and manufacturing capabilities. Intel Foundry plays a key role in delivering solutions that power the next generation of technology products, supporting Intel’s broader mission to create a better future through innovation.

As a member of the Frame Automation Team (FRAT) in Intel Foundry, you will design, develop, test, and debug software tools, flows, and methodologies used in design automation and by teams in the design of hardware products, process design, or manufacturing. Responsibilities include capturing user stories/requirements, writing both functional and test code, automating build and deployment, and/or performing unit, integration, and end to end testing of the software tools. Designs and builds web-based interfaces to configure launch and control tools - including frontends, backends, databases and APIs.

The Frame is a critical component of every wafer that is manufactured by Intel. The frame contains silicon structures that are needed by various metrology and lithographic tools. Intel's Frame Automation Team is responsible for developing automation and specifications to support the Frame. To keep the process going, we work closely with engineers from Lithography, Process Integration, Device Physics, Circuit Design, and RET (Resolution Enhancement Technology) teams to understand and establish frame structures. We design frame structures so that the next generation of Intel products are the best they can be.
