Description

The company sells an AI-driven CRM platform, and its teams work with customers across every industry to put AI agents to work alongside people.

You join a delivery team with Forward Deployed Engineers as a customer-facing advisor. You set AI strategy, shape agentic solutions and drive measurable adoption for enterprise customers.

You turn complex business problems into agentic AI deployments that go live and produce real value. Your work continues past go-live, helping customers get lasting, scalable value from what the team builds.

Responsibilities

  • Own each customer engagement from start to finish across the full value lifecycle (Identify, Commit, Deploy, Consume), answerable for results at every stage and not only discovery or closing the deal.
  • Set the customer's agentic AI strategy and roadmap. Run design workshops, agent design sessions and jobs-to-be-done analysis. Design architecture across the company's agentic AI platform, its data platform and the customer's enterprise systems, with responsible AI governance built in from the outset.
  • Run delivery: timelines, stakeholder communication, risk escalation and progress reporting. Make sure nothing slips.
  • Track adoption, consumption and expansion metrics within your engagement scope. Spot blockers early and build plans that deliver measurable value.
  • Work with the Forward Deployed Engineers to match strategy to technical execution, keeping the team focused, unblocked and on track for delivery milestones.
  • Build real customer solutions with AI development tools, including Cursor, Claude and the company's coding product Vibes, to speed up development.
  • Act as the main customer contact and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. Present proposals, decisions and outcomes in terms of business value rather than mainly technical detail.
  • Assess customer readiness for AI and guide change management and process transformation so the agents deliver the most benefit.
  • Turn field insights into concrete product feedback that shapes the company's agentic AI platform roadmap.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, delivery leadership or programme management for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology.
  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Prior customer-facing delivery experience in consulting, professional services or technical advisory. This is required, not optional.
  • A solid understanding of the company's platform and ecosystem, including its agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud.
  • Working knowledge of at least one of Python, JavaScript, Java or Apex.
  • A track record of leading complex, ambiguous engagements end to end, from discovery through to measurable outcomes.
  • Experience leading AI or LLM solution design, including agentic AI strategy, conversation design and responsible AI practices.
  • Strong project and programme management: running several workstreams at once, managing stakeholder expectations and keeping delivery on track in unclear environments.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites 25% of the time.
  • Preferred: experience with the company Data Cloud, the Agentforce platform and the company's CRM products (Sales, Service, Marketing).
  • Preferred: experience designing and deploying AI solutions in regulated industries such as public sector, financial services or healthcare.
  • Preferred: platform certifications such as Data Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist or Application Architect, or similar certifications from Microsoft, Oracle or other platform providers.
  • Preferred: background in change management, organisational design or enterprise transformation.
  • Preferred: experience with AI and ML concepts beyond LLMs, including NLP, RAG architectures and model evaluation frameworks.
  • Preferred: a get-things-done mindset with a strong bias for action, comfortable in unstructured, fast-moving environments.

Conditions

Engagements are focused and time-bound, typically 12 weeks or less, and may cover a single strategic account or several customers at once.

Benefits

  • Benefits and resources that help you find balance and do your best work.
  • AI agents that speed up your work so you can have more impact.
  • Support for your performance and career growth as a Trailblazer.
