This role is based in Lombardy.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain and install the company's equipment across Lombardy, keeping service running and customers satisfied.
• Resolve each service issue until the customer is satisfied or the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) is met.
• Work on workstations and peripherals, printers, front-end POS systems and self-checkout units.

Requirements

• Technical high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Category B driving license.
• Working knowledge of Windows, Linux and Unix operating systems.
• Knowledge of Ghost imaging procedures.
• Ability to work with little supervision, solve problems well and learn new skills quickly.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, overtime, shifts and on-call duty of up to 16 on-call periods per year.
• Aptitude for mechanical and electrical components.
• Experience maintaining computer hardware (desktops, servers, peripherals) and handling software tasks.
• Knowledge of the local area.
• Ability to work toward objectives, meet deadlines and keep to schedules.
• A proactive attitude.
• Available to start immediately or within 30 days at most.

Conditions

Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Saturday and Sunday: shift and/or standby work.

Minimum annual base salary of 27.000,00€ gross.
