Description

The company's Polish hub is recruiting a Junior Credit Risk Reporting Analyst for the Consolidated Reporting Squad in CoE Reporting and RiskHub Poland.

The squad produces portfolio-wide Credit Risk reporting and builds the shared reporting foundations and reusable tools that the Credit Risk Reporting team uses to work consistently and efficiently.

The work centres on turning reporting needs into clear dashboards and scalable solutions, and on giving the Credit Risk organisation useful insights, in an international setting.

You do not need prior Credit Risk expertise. A solid technical base, an analytical approach and a real wish to grow into Credit Risk matter most.

In the global job architecture, this role is named Data Scientist II.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for Credit Risk.
  • Turn functional requirements into clear, easy-to-use visualisations.
  • Create data models, measures and calculations in Power BI.
  • Use SQL to explore, pull and prepare data for reports.
  • Check that reporting solutions are accurate, high quality and usable.
  • Work alongside senior analysts to understand what the data means for the business and steadily build your Credit Risk knowledge.
  • Help standardise, automate and keep improving reporting solutions.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline.
  • Hands-on Power BI experience, gained through work, an internship, studies or personal projects.
  • Understanding of data modelling and DAX.
  • Basic SQL skills.
  • Analytical thinking and solid problem-solving ability.
  • Interest in banking and Credit Risk.
  • Strong communication skills and professional-level English.
  • Extra points: an entry-level grasp of core Credit Risk ideas such as IRB PD, LGD, EAD and IFRS 9.
  • Extra points: hands-on use of Power Query or similar data transformation tools.
  • Extra points: work with large data volumes.
  • Extra points: past work in banking, finance or risk.

Conditions

Salary range: 7,100, 14,500 PLN. The figures in the announcement are adjusted and may differ from those in the remuneration regulations.
