Description

The company makes payments and money management simple for businesses across Europe. It was founded in 2004 and more than 250,000 companies use its products to get paid, manage money and grow.

The company has over 950 employees across more than 14 locations. Teams are small, owners have real responsibility for their work, and people are trusted to make their own decisions.

This role sits in the Revenue Operations domain, which provides the commercial organisation with tooling, data and automation. You would be an Analytics Engineer I in the Customer Insights team, focused on analytics and BI for the products the company ships.

The company is building a standing set of adoption and impact dashboards for the team and its stakeholders. The work is happening at a fast pace, with the GoCardless integration about to start.

The company uses AI across all teams and roles.

Responsibilities

  • Make small, regular improvements to existing Customer Insights products, such as dbt model fixes, new tests and dashboard fixes, and ship them on your own.
  • Track adoption, usage and impact for Customer Insights products, for example Account Book adoption, BigMind usage or HubSpot UI card engagement.
  • Own tracking from end to end: the underlying dbt model through to a dashboard stakeholders actually use.
  • Build and maintain the adoption and impact dashboards the team and stakeholders use to decide what to ship next.
  • Use the data to show whether shipped products are working, and tell the team and stakeholders what it means.
  • Work alongside Application Engineers on tools that Sales and SDRs use daily.
  • Your figures will directly influence which BETs are iterated on, doubled down on or cut.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of SQL experience and working experience with dbt.
  • Build and maintain dbt models and tests, not only query data, since you will own the models behind your dashboards.
  • Experience with a BI or dashboard tool such as Omni, Looker, Tableau or similar.
  • Ability to present data so it delivers a clear message.
  • Data visualisation and data storytelling skills.
  • Comfort working directly with business stakeholders.
  • Experience with GTM, Revenue Operations or Marketing is a big plus.

Conditions

Apply with your CV in English through the form on the posting page.

Benefits

  • Regular feedback and performance reviews for your development.
  • Fair and transparent salary reviews.
  • Internal hiring: many people move into new roles or projects, and the company hires from within.
  • Support to pursue promotion, a different career path or new skills.
