The team is multidisciplinary, combining cloud experts, designers, business consultants, security experts, engineers and developers.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and deploy Python applications, modules and scripts that follow best practices and coding standards.
• Write clean, maintainable and reusable code that scales.
• Work closely with front-end developers and system architects to build secure, robust and efficient backend features.
• Design, tune and maintain data models in SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Build and connect RESTful APIs that link applications to external services and systems.
• Find and fix bugs, performance problems and technical issues to keep systems stable and reliable.
• Write unit tests, take part in code reviews and test thoroughly to keep deliverables high quality.
• Keep up with new Python tools, libraries and frameworks, and bring ideas that improve the product and processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional Python experience, including at least one web framework such as Django, Flask or FastAPI.
• Cloud certification in AWS, GCP or Azure, or Terraform certification, is highly preferred.
• Proven Docker skills. Docker certification is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Bitbucket.
• Solid knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL or DynamoDB.
• Proficiency in Linux, including scripting and system configuration.
• Strong source code management skills with Git.
• Understanding of scalable application design and of threading and multi-processing in Python.
