Description

The company is a financial infrastructure platform used by businesses of every size to accept payments and grow revenue.

The Corporate Security Systems and Infrastructure (CSI) team protects the company's people, offices and operations by designing, delivering and maintaining secure infrastructure across its global workplaces.

The team takes an intelligence-led, risk-based approach and works with Workplace, IT, Security Operations, Legal and external vendors to build reliable, scalable physical security systems, then hands them to the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) for ongoing monitoring and support.

Responsibilities

  • You will lead the security infrastructure work for new offices, expansions, relocations and major workplace upgrades, mainly in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and support global projects when needed.
  • You will run projects from early site assessment and design through installation, testing, commissioning and operational handover.
  • You will own scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality and stakeholder alignment across several concurrent projects.
  • You will improve the CSI program itself by raising standards, documentation, vendor performance, reporting and project management processes.
  • You will work through unclear situations, raise decisions early and communicate clearly with technical teams, business partners, vendors and senior leaders.
  • You will lead the full delivery of security infrastructure for office builds and expansions, from site assessment and requirements through design, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning and closeout.
  • You will lead requests for proposals (RFPs) for security installations: defining scope and requirements, coordinating bidders, reviewing submissions, evaluating proposals with stakeholders and recommending vendors.
  • You will own project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, decisions and change control, and report on outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
  • You will align security designs and technical requirements with Workplace, IT, Security Operations, Legal, architects, general contractors, landlords and other partners.
  • You will review design drawings, specifications, bills of materials and implementation plans against CSI standards and local rules.
  • You will manage security integrators, consultants and contractors, covering statements of work, milestones, quality expectations, service levels and performance reviews.
  • You will oversee installation, acceptance testing, commissioning, punch-list resolution, documentation and readiness for the first day of business.
  • You will hand completed projects to the GSOC and support teams with accurate system records, operating procedures, training and clear ownership.
  • You will maintain and improve global construction standards, technical specifications, project templates, runbooks and closeout documents.
  • You will track project health, vendor KPIs, budget forecasts and lessons learned, and use them to improve quality, predictability and cost.
  • You will support new market and site evaluations by identifying security risks, infrastructure limits, integration needs and mitigation options.
  • You will support the security repair and maintenance program, focusing on EMEA, working with regional teams to triage, track and fix security system and hardware issues.
  • You will work with CSI engineers and program leads to set priorities, resolve cross-project dependencies and apply consistent processes across the portfolio.
  • You will travel up to 25%, including internationally, for site assessments, milestones, commissioning and handover.

Requirements

  • You need at least 5 years of project management experience delivering complex physical security, workplace technology, low-voltage, construction or similarly technical infrastructure projects.
  • You have managed several concurrent projects across the full lifecycle, owning scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality and stakeholder communication.
  • You have coordinated delivery across technical teams, business partners, design and construction teams, vendors and senior leaders.
  • You have strong vendor and contractor management skills, including defining requirements, managing contracts or statements of work, tracking delivery and resolving performance issues.
  • You communicate well in writing and speech, turning technical detail into clear decisions, risks, tradeoffs and next steps for different audiences.
  • You use sound judgment and structured problem-solving, work independently, handle ambiguity, anticipate issues and drive timely decisions.
  • You pay close attention to detail and document accurately, following standards and operational handoffs.
  • You have set up project management processes, tracked performance metrics and applied lessons learned to later delivery.
  • You have working knowledge of physical security systems such as access control, video management, intrusion detection, intercoms, low-voltage infrastructure and door hardware.
  • You can travel internationally up to 25%.
  • Preferred: You have delivered security infrastructure for offices in several countries or regions, especially in EMEA.
  • Preferred: You have experience with Genetec Security Center, including Synergis, Omnicast, Security Center SaaS or Stratocast. Active Genetec certification is a plus.
  • Preferred: You are familiar with system integrations, networking fundamentals, APIs, webhooks or cloud-managed security technologies.
  • Preferred: You have managed budgets, forecasts, vendor KPIs, SLAs and portfolio-level reporting.
  • Preferred: You have used project management and workflow tools such as Jira and Smartsheet.
  • Preferred: You have reviewed and marked up construction and security design documents in Bluebeam Revu or a similar PDF design-review tool, and know commissioning practices and relevant local codes or regulations.
  • Preferred: You hold a bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, security management, information technology, engineering or a related field, or a relevant certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, ASIS PSP/CPP or SIA CSPM.
  • Preferred: You can select and use suitable AI tools to improve your work, and you check and refine their output for accuracy and quality.
