You will support the Vice President of Casino Marketing in building, running and analyzing new casino programs meant to grow incremental revenue and guest satisfaction.
Each project involves many tasks, so the role centers on organization, communication and reporting.
The company operates a Las Vegas resort and casino whose gaming floor includes the world's largest Race & Sports Book, alongside restaurants, nightlife and live entertainment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee each new casino hardware and systems rollout from start to finish.
- Organize activities, resources and equipment needs.
- Work with the senior casino leadership team to set project KPIs, action items and timelines.
- Identify and analyze project risks and opportunities.
- Help roll out Loyalty Marketing promotions and analyze their programming.
- Assign tasks to internal teams and build a schedule for the resources they need.
- Lead troubleshooting with vendors for casino systems and hardware.
- Create and maintain thorough project documentation, plans and reports.
- Support the Database Marketing team with data extraction, analysis and entry.
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the Casino Marketing team as directed.
Requirements
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- A solid grasp of casino marketing customer segmentation, profiles and dynamic traits.
- Experience creating, developing or running casino promotions and offers for casino customers is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Offercraft, NRT Kiosks, OPTX, ACSC and the EBS bonusing suite is strongly preferred.
- Casino or hospitality marketing experience is preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree in business management, hospitality, marketing or computer science is preferred.
Conditions
The role is located next to the Las Vegas Convention Center, about one block from the Las Vegas Strip.
The resort has an onsite Las Vegas Monorail station for easy access to the Strip.
