C# Software Engineer (Systems & Automation)

Description

The company needs software that runs its daily operations. You will build, repair and connect that software, replacing manual work done on paper, in spreadsheets or in old programs with efficient.NET applications.

You will work with staff from machine operation to the office, helping them complete everyday tasks faster and digitally.

Job family: Digital. Experience level: entry level.

Responsibilities

• Create custom C# tools that automate manual data entry and replace paper forms in every department.
• Upgrade or rewrite outdated internal software using modern.NET 8 or later.
• Design APIs and integrations so shop floor data, the ERP system and office tools exchange information automatically.
• Design and maintain SQL Server databases so data stays accurate and easy to reach.
• Investigate faults in internal tools and deliver quick fixes so production keeps moving.

Requirements

• Have 1-4 years of professional C# and.NET experience, including ASP.NET Core.
• Write and tune SQL queries well.
• Have built usable interfaces with Razor views, React or Angular.
• Have worked with APIs and JSON data.
• Use Git every day with GitHub or GitLab.
• Prefer coding that solves real problems over abstract architecture.
• Are happy going onto the shop floor to see how your software is used.
• Can turn an inefficient process into a clear digital workflow.
• Watch for possible compliance risks and act with integrity, which the company considers key to its standing and long-term growth.
