You will join the Business Recruiting team and hire for the Foundation (G&A) organization, which covers People, Legal, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Run complete hiring cycles across People, Legal, and Finance, from intake and sourcing through assessment, offer, and close, without needing close supervision.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leaders, understand what the business needs, share progress often, and propose fixes when hiring stalls.
• Design sourcing and talent plans for specialized roles using market research, talent mapping, and direct outreach to reach strong candidates.
• Give every candidate a strong experience, building real relationships and engaging with care at each stage.
• Use AI and current recruiting tools where they help you hire faster, hire better, and get better results.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting, including specialized or niche roles in fast-moving, high-growth companies.
• A track record of finding, assessing, and closing strong candidates on your own, including people who are hard to reach.
• Confidence to advise hiring managers, handle difficult conversations, and shape hiring decisions.
• A proactive, practical approach that uses data, market knowledge, and good judgment to clear obstacles and keep searches moving.
• Clear communication, strong organization, and close attention to detail. You can set priorities, work through unclear situations, and deliver an inclusive, personal process.
• A team-first attitude and curiosity about trying new AI and recruiting tools to improve how the team works.
• Deep AI expertise is not required for every role, but you should be curious, enjoy experimenting, and be willing to use AI as a real working partner.

Conditions

Based in San Francisco.

Work in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, which the company calls Anchor Days, because in-person time is where the team does its best collaborative work.

The estimated base salary for this role in San Francisco is $150,000 to $170,000 per year. Final pay may differ from this range and depends on location, the scope and complexity of the role, and your experience and expertise.
