This is a business development role in the Amsterdam team for someone starting a sales career in international finance.

You would learn FX and global payments through expert training, hands-on work and mentoring, with a route toward becoming a top performer in sales.

Its platform brings business accounts, hedging and financing together in one place, helping companies manage global cash flow and scale across borders.

Roles range from business development to engineering across its technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Find new business by reaching decision-makers in a range of industries.
• Research prospects, learn what they need, and shape your pitch to introduce them to international payment and FX solutions.
• Present, negotiate and close deals, since your results will shape your earnings and how quickly you progress.
• Work with internal teams so that new clients are onboarded smoothly.

Requirements

• A recent graduate who is enthusiastic and highly motivated.
• Experience in B2B sales or client-facing work, or a clear wish to build it.
• No FX background is needed, as potential counts for more than your CV and the company's training covers what you need to succeed.
• Fluent in the local language and business-level English.
• A real interest in financial markets and how global trade works.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a drive to reach demanding targets.
• Career paths include Sales Management, where a typical promotion to Sales Executive happens within 12 months and the route leads to Head of Desk, and FX Expert, where you build client relationships and advise on key client portfolios as a Client Portfolio Manager.

Conditions

Office based in Amsterdam: 4 days in the office and 1 day of home office per week. The posting also carries the tag LI-HYBRID.

The Amsterdam Zuid office has good transport links.
