The company helps growing businesses operate and scale across borders, and is a fast-growing FinTech founded in 2009.

This is an office-based graduate role in the Stockholm team, combining business development and FX sales in international finance.

The company offers business accounts, hedging and financing on one platform, and has over 2000 staff across nearly 70 cities.

You will build your sales skills and network across international markets while working on financial products that help businesses trade globally.

Responsibilities

• Find new business by reaching out to decision-makers in a range of industries.
• Research prospects, learn what they need, and shape your pitch to show them the international payment and FX products.
• Present your solutions, negotiate and close deals, since this directly affects your earnings and progression.
• Work with internal teams so that new clients are onboarded smoothly.

Requirements

• Be an enthusiastic, highly motivated recent graduate.
• Have experience in B2B sales or client-facing work, or a clear wish to work in it.
• No FX background is needed, as the company values potential over your CV and provides full training.
• Be fluent in Swedish and have business-level English.
• Have a genuine interest in financial markets and how global trade works.
• Bring strong interpersonal and communication skills and the drive to hit ambitious targets.
• A typical promotion to Sales Executive happens within your first 12 months.
• Later you could move into sales management as Head of Desk, or become a Client Portfolio Manager who advises key clients as a trusted advisor.

Conditions

The role is office based in Stockholm.

Pay is SEK 38,000 gross per month, plus uncapped commission and performance accelerators for exceptional results.

The office is central and has good transport links.
