  • Keep quarterly spend plans current as living documents, using rolling-wave projections, velocity-based forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Run thorough operational readiness reviews for major product releases, lead solution demonstrations, and drive continuous improvement at the portfolio level.
  • Set up performance measurement frameworks covering Net Promoter Score (NPS), lead and cycle time, flow efficiency, and quality indicators.
  • Assess portfolio strategy and rank new product opportunities using weighted shortest job first (WSJF), cost of delay, and business value assessments.
  • Turn enterprise architecture vision into actionable enabler epics for portfolio teams, and keep business capabilities aligned with technical implementation.
  • Review infrastructure modernization opportunities, build migration plans using minimum viable architecture (MVA) approaches, and recommend strategies for cloud adoption.

  • Desired: certifications such as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Agilist (SA), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), or PMI Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP).
