Associate Tech Recruiter - S&G

Description

The Students & Grads Talent Acquisition team recruits early-career talent for a bank and aims to give candidates and hiring teams a strong experience.

The team is looking for recruiters who are good at finding top talent. The role supports the team's S&G recruiting work and projects that improve the recruiting process, and you will keep up with recruiting trends and new techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting cycle, from planning and sourcing through coordinating and running every stage.
• Stay organized and detail-focused while keeping candidates informed.
• Work with hiring managers, business and organization leads, and other key stakeholders to learn their specific talent needs.
• Collaborate with a team of high-performing recruiters.
• Support business partners on strategic initiatives and hiring strategy.
• Use recruiting data to give leadership and HR partners regular status updates and hiring results.
• Find strong candidates beyond direct applications, using search engines, career sites, recruiting events and other creative sourcing methods.
• Build relationships with a high volume of candidates, learn what drives them, and match them to the right role.
• Track high-volume candidate data in real time, with accuracy.
• Take part in ad hoc recruiting projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, human resources, client consulting, or a combination of these.
• Preferred: at least 2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, client consulting, or a combination of these.
• Preferred: experience in campus recruiting or campus programs.

Conditions

This is a hybrid role, and you must follow the company's hybrid policy on required on-site presence at your assigned office.

Annual full-time base salary: McLean, VA $81,700 to $93,300; Richmond, VA $74,200 to $84,700. These ranges apply only to work in those locations. Candidates hired in other locations will receive the range for that location, and the exact salary will be stated in the offer letter.

Part-time salaries are prorated based on the agreed number of regular hours.

The role is eligible for performance-based incentive pay, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI). Incentives may be discretionary or non-discretionary, depending on the plan.
