Description

The company is a Series B fintech business that automates how private investments are managed, making them easier to access, understand, and track.

Private investments such as venture capital, hedge funds, and private equity make up roughly 25% of the investment universe, yet investors, advisors, banks, families, and managers often track them across spreadsheets, paper folders, and crowded inboxes, which is slow and invites data entry mistakes and missing records.

The platform brings standardized data, documents, and insights into one place, so users do not have to hunt through dozens or hundreds of separate portals. The goal is to save investors time and help them make better-informed decisions.

The company has more than 200 staff and over 400 clients, including several of America's largest banks, families, and financial institutions. It has more than doubled in size every year since it was founded and is hiring across all departments.

The company has strong product-market fit, very low churn, and has grown mostly through word of mouth.

Responsibilities

  • Support the product team in delivering high-quality products and services, working alongside product managers, developers, and other cross-functional teams from concept to launch.
  • Help product managers across every stage of product development.

  • Meet customers to gather feedback on current features and on possible new ones.
  • Help create and maintain product documentation, such as user guides, release notes, and product FAQs.
  • Share product updates and improvements with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Have at least 1 year of experience in product management, marketing, or a related role. Internship experience may be considered.
  • Think analytically, bring technical coursework, and be able to gather and interpret data to support decisions.
  • Be excited by technology and eager to learn and grow in product management.
  • Be familiar with SQL and Excel for product analysis.
  • Communicate well and work effectively with people across teams.
  • Explain complex topics simply and clearly to different audiences, and help Sales, Product, and Engineering communicate clearly to build compelling, effective messaging.

The base salary range is $70,000 - $100,000. The final offer will depend on good-faith factors including the candidate's relevant skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal equity.

Most full-time roles are onsite at the New York City office, where the team works in person every day to collaborate, move quickly, and serve clients well.

Select roles are also open to candidates in Boston. A role open to Boston will state this explicitly in its job location.

Candidates located in, or willing to relocate to, the listed location are encouraged to apply.

  • Take on real responsibility from day one in a small team, joining discussions that shape the platform's growth and direction.
