Description

The company is hiring a manager to help its Live Content Correspondents (LCC) program grow and evolve while carrying out top priorities. The role gives year-round operational support across LCC recruiting, development and new initiatives, and helps the team scale and act on new openings.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and run the LCC program day to day, creating standards, workflows, training and performance targets for a spread-out group of contributors.
  • Be accountable for how well the program performs: finding talent, onboarding, developing contributors, keeping them engaged and retained, and measuring results.
  • Guide contributors, market leads, agency partners and other teams so work stays consistent and meets quality standards on every LCC project.
  • Expand the network by spotting emerging creators and new openings in the U.S. and priority international markets, working with local teams to build live content skills and efficiency.
  • Work with other parts of the company to get more value from LCC talent and content, finding ways to support strategic projects, improve partner integrations and generate new business.
  • Champion the program internally by working from the company office, building relationships and finding chances to collaborate with Marketing and other departments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital media, social content, creator programs, sports, entertainment or a related field.
  • A proven record of running projects, programs or workflows that involve several stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with creators, talent, content producers or social media teams.
  • Clear communication, organization and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to juggle several priorities in a busy, deadline-driven setting, including live or event-based work.
  • Working knowledge of digital content production, social platforms and content distribution workflows.
  • Ability to travel within the U.S. and abroad as needed.
  • Other key attribute: experience spotting, recruiting or developing emerging creators or content talent.
  • Other key attribute: experience working across international markets or with teams spread across locations.
  • Other key attribute: experience building branded content or working with sponsorship, partnership or business development teams.
  • Other key attribute: experience finding and rolling out technology or workflow improvements.
  • Other key attribute: familiarity with content performance metrics, analytics and emerging creator trends.
  • Other key attribute: bachelor's degree or an equivalent mix of education and experience.

Conditions

Work 40 hours a week: Sunday to Thursday during the season and Monday to Friday in the off season, with weekend and holiday work as needed.

Travel is mainly for major flagship events, estimated at 10% of the time.

This is a role with one of the company's third-party agency partners. You would be an employee of that agency, not the company, and the agency handles all pay, benefits and other employment terms. The assignment is time-limited but can be extended by agreement between the company and the agency.

Pay range: $55-$58 USD. The company expects to hire near the middle of this range and would consider the higher end only in truly rare cases where a candidate's experience, credentials or expertise far exceed what the role requires.
