Desired Attributes

You have at least 2 years of experience in analytics, media, or consulting roles. You have a track record of uncovering actionable insights from data. You have experience at, and are comfortable with, working at client-facing roles. You have the ability to stay on top of your workstreams and the prioritize the tasks on your plate.

As an Analyst, you have a background in data analysis, performance marketing, digital analytics, media planning/strategy, or something along those lines. You are generally what people would call a “numbers person”, and have a very high level of competency in Excel. Experience with dashboarding solutions such as Salesforce MCI, Looker, or Tableau is a plus.

You are a strong communicator – written, visually, and verbally. It will be part of your role to help non-data experts easily understand what the data is saying. You understand how to craft a narrative with information.

Finally, you take pride in the quality of your work, yet you remain curious and are never done learning. You work hard to earn and keep client trust, and you don’t sacrifice long-term value for short-term results
