AI Solution Developer Go-to-Market (f/m/div.)

The company runs one of its largest production sites for its home comfort division in the city of Aveiro, along with an R&D center for residential heating solutions. Over 1,400 people there cover mechanical engineering, connectivity, software, industrialization and quality.

Responsibilities

• Take generative AI products and agentic workflows from first concept to production, covering design, prototyping, deployment and ongoing improvement.
• Build prompts, AI agents, automations and tool integrations in Python, using LLMs, enterprise AI platforms and workflow tools such as n8n.
• Connect internal and external systems through APIs, MCPs and webhooks, working with AI Specialists and Data Engineers.
• Turn business requirements and user feedback into workable AI solutions and clear technical tasks.
• After launch, help manage the product by prioritising the backlog, coordinating releases and driving continuous improvement.
• Help extend AI solutions to more teams and regions, with a focus on measurable business value.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Business Administration or a comparable field. Equivalent practical experience is welcome.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying generative AI or agentic solutions, ideally taking them from prototype to production.
• Solid knowledge of Python, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, APIs and workflow automation.
• Ability to build prototypes quickly and turn them into scalable solutions.
• Business-minded and practical, and comfortable in international, cross-functional teams.
• Keen to follow emerging AI technologies and to make ideas practical.
• Strong communicator with an ownership mindset, a collaborative approach and enthusiasm for innovation.
• Fluent English.
• Plus: experience with sales, CRM, pricing or customer intelligence.
