Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and evolve AI-powered platforms and scalable software architectures for data, AI and analytics.
• Design and integrate data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Connect systems to relational and vector databases.
• Build AI solutions using LLMs, prompting techniques and model customization.
• Own AI solutions from design and development through production, monitoring, upkeep and ongoing improvement, keeping them reliable, secure, compliant and well documented.

Requirements

• Strong Python skills, with the ability to design and build reliable software modules.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code, grounded in good software design, including SOLID principles or basic design patterns.
• Working knowledge of Git.
• A degree in a STEM discipline or in data or AI.
• Advanced English (C1).
• Understanding of core generative AI concepts such as LLMs, embeddings, context and input/output windows, alignment, and the autoregressive nature of LLMs, enough to use LLMs well and know their strengths and limits. You do not need to build or fine-tune an LLM.
• A growth mindset and the ability to turn challenges into opportunities.
• Experience with the tools the team uses, such as Agno, FastMCP, FastAPI and Mem0, is not required; learning them quickly is expected.
• Two to three years of experience in the role is a plus.
• Experience using Git with GitHub or GitLab is appreciated.
• Familiarity with AI agents and frameworks is a plus, such as the Model Context Protocol, LangChain, LangGraph, Pydantic AI, Agno, Google ADK or similar.
• Experience in machine learning and personal AI projects is a plus.
