Description

Full-time Information Technology role supporting Agile delivery for the Sandman program.

You will apply hands-on knowledge of the product's architecture, modules and integration layers.

The work covers development, sustainment and modernization of core components, including Financials, Vendor Self-Service, Performance Budgeting, CCR Connector and Travel Manager.

The program is a high-visibility federal financial environment with mission-critical workflows, regulatory compliance and multi-system integration.

The role depends on funding and may not be filled right away. It reflects roles the company regularly has open, and applicants may be considered for other openings.

Responsibilities

  • Run every Scrum ceremony for the functional and technical teams: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and demos, and retrospectives.
  • Maintain the product backlog with Product Owners, refining epics, user stories and acceptance criteria to fit the core financial, acquisitions and workflow services.
  • Track and manage dependencies across Financials, Acquisitions, VSS, budgeting modules and interface components built on WebLogic, webMethods and MomAPI.
  • Clear blockers in data conversions, integrations, canonical data mappings and multi-tier processing.
  • Help teams handle asynchronous and synchronous client/server behavior across the Tuxedo, Jolt and WebLogic layers.
  • Work with functional SMEs, FSC stakeholders and modernization teams so business rules, financial logic and acquisition workflows show up correctly in sprint results.
  • Watch progress across parallel initiatives, identify risks, drive corrective action and keep customers informed.
  • Guide teams through accreditation work (for example ICD-503 and ATO), regression cycles and release readiness.
  • Support integration testing and automated regression using the automated regression suite (MARS) or Selenium/WebDriver solutions that work with the product.
  • Push continuous improvement using data-driven workflow insights, structured process reviews and technical retrospectives.

Requirements

  • You must hold an active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
  • Have led Agile teams delivering in secure, multi-system federal environments.
  • Understand the product's architecture well, including Financials, Acquisitions, VSS, Performance Budgeting, CCR Connector, integration frameworks and related interfaces.
  • Have hands-on work with enterprise Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence for grooming, velocity tracking, sprint planning and cross-team workflow.
  • Have shown you can run several product projects at once, work with senior government stakeholders and propose ways to mitigate risk and modernization challenges.
  • Have worked with enterprise project management on product implementations, enhancements, integrations and accreditation.

Conditions

Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is required to start.

Full-time, regular position with up to 10% local travel.

The salary range is $86,600 - $181,800. Final pay depends on factors such as location, federal contract labor categories and wage rates, prior experience, skills, education and certifications.

Benefits

  • Flexible time off, so you can take the time you need.
  • Access to learning resources to support your growth.
  • Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits: healthcare, wellness, financial, retirement, family support, continuing education and time off.
