The role sits within an account team and helps some of Australia's largest organisations solve real business problems on the company AI Platform, taking them from first conversation to a confident decision.

The team values seeing ideas work in practice over ideas alone, and gives you room to try bold ideas and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Explore the challenges behind transformation, efficiency, regulation and resilience, and design solutions with measurable results.
• Build live, tailored demos and prototypes from a customer's scenario using the company's own tools instead of slides.
• Hold regular discussions with senior leaders to define outcomes and business value.
• Work with sales colleagues on accounts and help plan opportunities.
• Prototype AI and agentic workflows, test what is possible and show customers the potential.
• Run proof of value and proof of concept cycles and respond to RFIs and RFPs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Professional Services and partners, and hand over work so customers are set up to succeed.
• Track product releases, roadmaps and competitors, and share findings with peers.
• Present at executive briefings, events and webinars.

Requirements

• Experience in presales, consulting, solution architecture or a similar hands-on enterprise technology role.
• Confidence with senior stakeholders, with strong storytelling, demonstration and presentation skills.
• Enjoy building things and showing others what they can do.
• Hands-on experience with AI, automation or low-code tools, and interest in how AI is developing.
• Curiosity and a humble, continuous learning mindset. You do not need platform knowledge yet, but you should pick it up quickly.
• Ability to turn business needs into clear, compelling solutions.
• A collaborative style that helps those around you.
• Desirable: experience with the company, platforms, workflow or ITSM.
• Desirable: industry knowledge in key Australian sectors such as financial services, government, telco, resources or retail.
